Cool wrap for Lucas Oil
Drag racing driver Brad Jackson peeled off the new Lucas Oil car wrap at Santa Pod Raceway’s Festival of Power, at the first meeting of the 2016 drag racing season.
As well as being a key member of the Nick Good Motorsport team, Brad is a ‘level three’ maintenance mechanic in his final year as an apprentice with VW-Audi Group dealer DM Keith (Seat/ Skoda).
After a rain-affected meeting on the famous Northamptonshire strip, Brad is looking forward to the next event, the Springspeed Nationals at Shakespeare County Raceway, over the May Bank Holiday. He says the plan for 2016 is to go one better than last year’s position in the ET Super Pro National Championship.
In 2015, Brad finished as runner-up ahead of 54 others in his class, one place better than his first year of senior racing in 2014. he says “A 3,2,1 in successive seasons would be a very cool series of results.” Brad (2nd from right), with the Lucas Oil team
